Wistron Corporation | A.I advert Taiwan (2024)
Wistron Corporation is a technology service provider supplying innovative ICT products, service solutions and systems in the ICT industry worldwide. With over 80,000 employees worldwide, 12 manufacturing bases and 10 research and development centres, Wistron is a key player in the world of computers, handheld devices and medical equipment.
I worked with director and producer Paul Chu on this AI-focused commercial. The project then led to scoring his forthcoming feature-length documentary “The Martial Artist”. More details here.

Nomel Skincare| Facemask adverts Taiwan (2020)
Now a fully-fledged skincare brand, Nomel has stores across Taiwan and in Sephora Hong Kong. Built around sensitive skin, lightweight formulas and products suited for humid climates, their products emphasise embracing imperfections and confidence-building through self-care and natural beauty.
This series of adverts for Facebook and Instagram focused on their facemask range, primarily targeting consumers in their 20s to 40s. It required fun, laid-back music with a youthful feel.
Lala Hsu | Taipei Arena concert video Taiwan (2018)
My first foray into writing for commercials, and at Taipei Arena no less!
Lala Hsu (徐佳瑩) is a prominent figure in Asian pop music and has won numerous awards, including the prestigious Golden Melody Award, so being given the job of composing the promotional material for her solo concert was a real honour.
The video was accompanied by a live band on the night, and still gives me goosebumps to this day!
